The Emerging Leader is a collection of  six simple Coaching, Human Behaviour and Communication Models that have been hand picked to help new and emerging leaders to identify their own personal preferred leadership style and build their leadership practice. 

About This Coaching Package 

The Emerging Leader is a collection of  six simple Coaching, Human Behaviour and Communication Models that have been hand picked to help new and emerging leaders to identify their own personal preferred leadership style and build their leadership practice. 

 

This package is 6 simple tools, you will be able to improve how you communicate and influence others: Your ability to read and tap into drivers of human behaviour; and access peak performance at any time.

The Emerging Leaders package is designed for people who;

  • New to a Leadership position 

  • In and existing Leadership position but struggling with the "people" side of their role.

  • Experiencing poor results in their team because of lack of communication skills 

  • Wanting to formulate a stronger Leadership identity 

  • Wanting effective communication and rapport-building skills to use in time of rapid company change 

  • Wanting to know themselves better as leaders; and/ or

  • Looking for way to increase their effectiveness in team situations

Expected outcomes:

Whilst outcome for professional coaching will vary widely based on the individuals needs, preferences, beliefs, values and actions of the client, those undertaking The Emerging Leaders program can reasonably expect to achieve some or all of the following outcomes at completion of the six sessions;

  • Increased effectiveness when communicating with in their organisational structure 

  • More awareness of the role of their beliefs and actions in becoming a great leader

  • Increased ability to build rapport and connection within their team 

  • Applied understanding of a simple Human Behaviour Model with concrete application in interpreting and influencing workplace behaviour;

  • Increased capacity to tap into the business vision and articulate it to the team 

  • Ability to think more clearly and perform better under pressure.
